"I've had the honor of presiding over the Qualiac Users Club for almost eight years. The club is a special channel for passing on valuable feedback from users and customers to the publisher. It's a forum for discussion and exchange, a place where we are listened to and can contribute towards developing Qualiac's solutions – a truly fruitful win/win cooperation. Creating an independent and interactive community is no easy task, but this is precisely what our Club has done, as demonstrated by the lively interest at our various special-interest committees and the Annual General Meeting attended by nearly 90% of our members, who continue to grow in number."

The Qualiac Users Club (a non-profit association under France's law of 1901), counts the majority of Qualiac's customers as members. The club's representative office is presided over by Jean-Claude Esaki from the University Hospitals of Geneva (HUG). In conjunction with the Qualiac teams, the club members:
- Hold meetings and dialogue sessions to focus on technological and functional developments
- Share experiences
- Swap information and ideas
- Hold committee meetings on specific topics
- Come up with proposals to help steer and develop the ERP solution
